Experience

Long-term collaborations where UX, technology and product decisions have to work together.

Mbrella

I joined Mbrella while it was still a startup and have contributed as it grew into a scale-up. I shape the UX of its mobility-budget platform for HR teams and build mobile and AI tools. The work extends beyond wireframes to senior front-end development and building the mobile application in React Native.

One example started in the first hours after OpenAI introduced GPT-4o: could it handle mobility documents better than a traditional OCR pipeline? I took the idea from hypothesis to integration, working on the technical architecture, prototype and scanner experience, testing whether it solved the problem better. I created anonymized datasets, test tools and benchmarks to compare extraction quality, response time and cost.

I also connected our teams to the complete API by building Mbrella's first internal MCP server, giving development and support teams access directly from Claude.

Emakina

For thirteen years, I worked with Emakina across technical presales, new business pitches, UX and R&D. I helped New Business teams turn fuzzy briefs into workable approaches, bringing technical expertise to balance the client's budget, functional needs and delivery constraints, with users at the centre.

During pitches, I brought user-centred ideas into the conversation early and made them tangible through user flows, information architecture, wireframes and interface concepts. Moving between strategy and UX work, I connected business ambitions with the people using the product and the teams building it.

I had the opportunity to contribute to projects for clients including Audi, the European Parliament, Musée d’Orsay, Proximus, RTBF Auvio and Thalys.
